As Founder and sole member of Nittany Strategic Solutions LLC, I am accomplished at identifying and implementing strategies that result in necessary and lasting change to guide my clients as they rise to new heights. My over 30+ years of experience provides a unique background to carefully analyze a business and develop a clear and concise strategy to increase cash flow, profits and related enterprise value.

I have managed all aspects of finance, accounting and IT functions, including mentoring the staff to improve the accuracy, timeliness and understanding of a business's financial information. Prior to forming Nittany Strategic Solutions LLC, I was a Partner with a leading national management consulting firm for over eight years. In this capacity, I served as a trusted business advisor improving the lives of business owners throughout central PA by providing strategic CFO advice.
My experience as a CFO extends to nearly every aspect of a business's financial needs. I have helped
companies forecast cash flow, restructure debt, secure new capital, renegotiate bank covenants,
reduce receivables, reschedule payables, improve gross margins, refine month-end closing procedures and efficiency, and improve the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports, just to name a few.

During my corporate career as a CFO and as a trusted business advisor, I have been extensively involved in over 50 merger & acquisition transactions. My M&A experience includes the following:

Forming a success team (Tax CPA, Transaction Attorney, Investment Banker/Broker and others) and preparing a company for sale through advanced due diligence planning
